These terms govern your use of the Coldsnap website and app (the “Service”), operated by Evan, the individual operating Coldsnap. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not medical advice

Coldsnap is a self-help and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. It makes no claim to treat, cure, or guarantee that you will quit or reduce nicotine use. Nicotine- replacement therapy is FDA-approved and worth discussing with a clinician. If you have a medical concern, seek professional care; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal, non-commercial use. The Service is intended for adults; do not use it if you are below the age required for nicotine products in your region.

Plans and projections

Any taper plan, projected date, cost estimate, or timeline the Service produces is an editable calculation based on the numbers you provide. These are illustrations to help you plan, not prescriptions or promises of outcomes. Cost figures use publicly listed prices as of the dates shown and will differ from what you pay.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Educational content is general information and may not reflect your situation.
